Deel is seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to own Belgium payroll processing as part of its global payroll platform. You will guide junior teammates, ensure compliant, accurate delivery, and work with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and address complex regulatory requirements.

This hands-on role supports a diverse, international workforce and offers access to WeWork and country-based perks.

Formación

• Bachelor in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Belgium payroll laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, Dutch or French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Payroll systems knowledge.
