The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of Belgian payroll experience, strong English skills, and proficiency in Excel. The position offers hybrid work options and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Proven 1–3 years as Payroll Specialist for the Belgian market in an international environment.
• Experience in accounting is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in scope.
• Ensure payroll data transfers from WORKDAY and SAP HR to the regional payroll platform.
• Manage monthly pay cycles and resolve payroll issues.
• Handle expatriate payments for international assignees.
• Maintain payroll and benefits records (wages, insurance, pensions).
