We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow our non-gaming monetization in the United States, focusing on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.

This role combines 50% new business development and 50% account management. You will own partnerships end-to-end, including negotiations, offer setup, optimization, reconciliation, and

Formación

• 5+ years in advertiser partnerships or related fields.
• 2+ years in publisher/monetization rewards or similar.
• Strong US advertiser network in financial services or adjacent non-gaming vertical.
• Based in Europe time zone with ability to overlap US hours.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and sign direct US non-gaming advertisers.
• Lead outreach, negotiations, contracting, and launch planning.
• Own advertiser relationships from onboarding through optimization and growth.
• Structure CPA and multi-event offers across funnels.
• Monitor performance, reconcile invoices, and report portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Data, Finance teams.
• Use AI tools for prospect research and analytics.
