Hostinger is seeking a Senior Partnerships Product Manager to architect growth by turning creator activity into revenue through global influencer partnerships. You will own end-to-end influencer strategy, work with product leadership, and drive growth across markets.

You will define regional priorities, recruit influencers, and manage product KPIs while collaborating with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver measurable revenue impact.

Formación

• Proven influencer marketing track record with revenue impact.
• Experience translating product and GTM priorities into influencer campaigns.
• Ability to align cross-functional and regional teams across product, marketing, and commercial functions.
• Experience owning or influencing a marketing budget with revenue impact.
• Data-driven by default with performance frameworks.
• Strong negotiation skills for high-value partnerships.
• Fluent English across cultures and international products.
• Bonus: background in international tech, SaaS, or digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute end-to-end influencer strategy for focus markets.
• Act as the influencer representative inside the Business Unit and collaborate with product leadership.
• Define campaign priorities, success metrics, and direction for regional teams.
• Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential influencers and strategic partners.
• Own product-specific influencer KPIs and report on goals, forecasts, and results.
