Luxoft is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows within Palantir Foundry and AIP. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and maximize value from Foundry and AIP.

The role requires hands-on experience across the full Foundry ecosystem, governance standards, and strong Python/PySpark/SQL skills.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of IT/data experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem (data integration, ontology, pipelines, applications).
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with AIP features such as RAG workflows or copilots.
• Ability to work independently with non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines, transformations, and applications within Palantir Foundry.
• Support the design and deployment of AIP use cases such as copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision‑support agents.
• Ground agents and logic flows using RAG by connecting to data sources, embeddings, and vector search.
• Use Ontology‑Augmented Generation (OAG) for operational decision making where needed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instructions, and evaluation using AIP features.
• End‑to‑End Delivery: capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver working applications.
• User Engagement: provide training and support for business teams adopting Foundry and AIP.
• Governance & Trust: ensure data quality, governance, and responsible use of AI.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and improve automation.
