Luxoft seeks a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and agents in the Foundry ecosystem. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and work directly with stakeholders to maximize value.

The role requires 2+ years in Palantir Foundry and strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills, plus experience with AIP features such as RAG workflows and copilots. Collaboration with senior engineers is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of IT/Data experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Data Platform Engineer / Data Engineer.
• 2+ years of professional experience with the Palantir Foundry ecosystem (data integration, ontology, pipelines, applications).
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with AIP features such as RAG workflows, copilots, or agent-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Palantir Foundry pipelines, transformations, and applications.
• Support design and deployment of AIP use cases (copilots, retrieval workflows, decision-support agents).
• Develop ground agents and logic flows using RAG and ontology content.
• Utilize Ontology-Augmented Generation for operational decision making.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instructions, and evaluation using AIP features.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions by capturing requirements and building working applications.
• Provide training and support for business teams adopting Foundry and AIP.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and responsible use of AI; identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption.
