Luxoft Spain seeks a Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and applications. You will work directly with stakeholders to maximize Foundry and AIP value, leading data and workflow engineering across the platform.

The selected candidate will begin in Spain and relocate to Abu Dhabi by year-end. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT, 5+ years as a Data Platform Engineer, and 2+ years in Palantir Foundry, with strong Python, PySpark, and SQL skills

Formación

• 10+ years IT experience
• 5+ years as Data Platform Engineer or Data Engineer
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, data modelling skills
• Experience with AIP features (RAG copilots, agent-based apps)
• Able to work independently with non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving and delivery ownership

Responsabilidades

• Data & Workflow Engineering: design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines and apps in Palantir Foundry.
• AIP & AI Enablement: support deployment of AIP use cases and agent-based workflows.
• End-to-End Delivery: capture requirements and deliver working applications.
• User Engagement: train and support business teams on Foundry and AIP.
• Governance & Trust: ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
• Continuous Improvement: expand AIP adoption and automate workflows.
