Luxoft is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and applications. You will work directly with stakeholders to maximize Foundry/AIP value, including governance and data quality considerations.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, independent work, and collaboration with senior engineers to expand AIP adoption and automation across business units.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT/Data roles.
• 5+ years as Data Platform/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling.
• Hands-on with AIP features such as RAG copilots or agents.
• Able to work independently with business users.
• Strong problem-solving and delivery ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Foundry pipelines and apps.
• Support AIP use cases like copilots, retrieval workflows, agents.
• Build and govern RAG workflows connecting data sources.
• Leverage Ontology-Augmented Generation where needed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design and testing.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions; gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide training and support for business teams on Foundry/AIP.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
• Identify opportunities to scale AIP adoption and automation.
