Luxoft is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and agents. You will work directly with stakeholders to maximize Foundry and AIP value, translating complex needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data/workflow engineering, AIP enablement, and governance, with hands-on practice across the full Foundry ecosystem and integration into business processes.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (data integration, ontology, pipelines, applications).
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience supporting AIP features such as RAG workflows or agent-based apps.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Data & Workflow Engineering: design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines and applications within Palantir Foundry.
• AIP & AI Enablement: design and deploy AIP use cases like copilots and decision-support agents.
• Ground agents and logic flows using RAG with data sources, embedding, and vector search.
• Use Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG) for operational decision making.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instructions, and evaluation within AIP.
