Job summary

Making Science Group S.A. is seeking a Senior Paid Search Consultant to lead SEM strategies for national and international accounts. You will create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, SA360 and Bing Ads, and design AI testing roadmaps with automation scripts.

You will work with clients and internal teams to define objectives, monitor results, and propose innovative solutions. A strong English level (C1) and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience executing Paid Search campaigns in marketing agencies or client teams.

What we’d like you to do

Act as a strategic consultant to different national and international large accounts for all their SEM Strategies.

Create strategies on the main searchers. Create, manage and track search Ads campaigns on Google Ads, Search Ads 360 and Bing Ads.

Designs AI testing roadmaps and implements custom automation scripts.

Manage Business Manager and other platforms in depth.

Work closely with the clients to define objectives and follow-up on agreed roadmaps.

Maintain daily communication with the clients to review campaigns, results, and propose innovative strategies. Participate actively in meeting with clients.

Responsible for seeking efficiency and resolving it through process improvement and implementation of new technologies or improvement in their use

Nice to have/Plus:

Strong proficiency in visual Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana) to conceptualize and create high‑quality creative assets for campaigns.
GA4: Basic and Advanced Concepts for Cross-Channel and Business-Level Analysis

We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude.

At least 4 years of experience performing similar tasks in other marketing agencies or clients, focused on the execution and management of Paid Search campaigns, leveraging Generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize ad copy and strategy.

Strong proficiency in visual Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana) to conceptualize and create high‑quality creative assets for campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple simultaneous requests across projects, using automation workflows (Zapier, Make, N8N) to reduce manual workload.

Technical familiarity with AI development environments (Google AI Studio) and RAG tools (NotebookLM) to build custom solutions and manage knowledge bases efficiently.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a hands‑on approach to tackling challenges utilizing Agent Space and LLMs.

Strong analytical skills, with a knack for working with data and generating insights supported by AI models.

Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Experience in project coordination and management, with a keen eye for detail.

You have a C1 level of English, both spoken and written.
