Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Vantage team in our POP Practice, focusing on Organization Design & Operating Model. You’ll be a trusted sparring partner to case and proposal teams, delivering analyses and supporting training across topics such as operating model design and benchmarking.

You’ll work closely with consulting teams and clients to tackle structural challenges, shape new frameworks, and contribute to IP development and capability building.

Formación

• 1–2+ years consulting in Org Design & Operating Model preferred.
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analyses and Org Design expertise for proposals and projects.
• Develop operating model designs and benchmark structures.
• Train and onboard junior colleagues; share best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to tackle organizational challenges.
