Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager, BCG Vantage, focused on Sales & Service, with CX expertise to support client pitches and case teams. You will surface client pain points, gather examples, share insights, and help shape thought leadership.

You will also help develop CX IP and may lead a team of junior colleagues while collaborating across a global network. You’ll drive go-to-market efforts, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and contribute to proposals in a dynamic, fast-paced

Formación

• 3+ years consulting experience in relevant customer service topics.
• 4+ years industry experience if no consulting background.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Mentoring or coaching experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages optional per location.

Responsabilidades

• Help colleagues build client pitches for CX-related projects.
• Surface client pain points and assemble relevant examples and materials.
• Develop intellectual property and knowledge assets for CX topics.
• Line manage junior colleagues and support career development.
