Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager, BCG Vantage, Sales & Service, to leverage CX and Sales expertise on a global team. You will help colleagues build client pitches, surface pain points, and bring in senior support when needed to close deals.

You will develop CX intellectual property, support commercialization, and mentor junior staff while navigating a fast-paced, complex environment across markets.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or CX, with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Proven skill in orchestrating complex sales cycles and demos, with KAM exposure.
• Ability to coach colleagues and contribute to client pitches with evidence and experts.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and data-driven decision making.
• English fluency; other languages helpful in some locations.

Responsabilidades

• Help teams assemble client pitches for CX-related projects with relevant examples and experts.
• Serve as CX content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders across multiple markets.
• Design and structure client solutions, leveraging BCG CX expertise to drive impact.
• Identify CX topics, develop intellectual property, and support go‑to‑market efforts.
• Line manage junior colleagues and contribute to their goal setting and development.
