Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in a Client Focused role in Madrid. You will contribute analytic insights on cases and proposals, collaborate with client teams, and help design solutions that drive client impact across org design and operating models.

Travel to client sites for staffing assignments is expected, and you will assist in onboarding junior colleagues while developing intellectual property and assets to advance BCG’s capabilities in the shared

Formación

• 1-2+ years of consulting experience in organization design required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• AI experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Contribute analysis and insights on cases and proposals
• Travel to client sites for staffing assignments to understand client requirements
• Support commercialization efforts for topic/sector work, in conjunction with business leaders
• Develop intellectual property & assets for the business
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues
