Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Vantage team within POP, with a strong focus on Organization Design & Operating Model. You will be a trusted sparring partner to case and proposal teams—delivering analyses, providing Org Design expertise, and supporting training across topics such as operating model design, functional org structures, benchmarking, and implementation.

• Fluency in English is required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• AI experience is a plus and preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver analyses and Org Design expertise for proposals and sold projects.
• Develop new frameworks, tools, and knowledge assets to advance the topic.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to tackle structural challenges and drive collaboration.
• Mentor junior colleagues and onboard new team members, sharing best practices globally.
