EPAM Systems in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Oracle DB Specialist to join a hybrid team. You will leverage Oracle PL/SQL, database architecture, and integration expertise to support complex financial systems across securities trading, order management, and wealth management platforms.

You will collaborate with business, engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, scalable data solutions in a fast-paced banking-tech environment.

Formación

• Strong Oracle PL/SQL 19+ development and performance tuning.
• Hands-on Linux and Bash scripting for automation.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka/IBM MQ and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead database-related aspects of integrating the order management system with the future core banking platform.
• Support secondary market trading integrations with strong technical expertise.
• Provide technical guidance across development and DevOps during system implementation phases.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into efficient database solutions.
• Optimize performance and maintain data integrity using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Coordinate with external vendors for smooth system integration.
