Amcor is seeking an Operations Manager for its LEZO site to lead Pre-press, Production, Maintenance, CI, Engineering and CAPEX, and indoor logistics maintenance. The role emphasizes compliance, alignment with plant objectives, and delivering value to customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing with change management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and a degree in science/engineering. Packaging experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with supervision.
• Experience in packaging is advantageous but not required.
• Experience managing significant change/transformation projects in manufacturing.
• Hands-on Lean and continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Responsabilidades

• Operations Manager at the LEZO site oversees Pre-press, Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and CAPEX, and Warehouse (indoor logistics).
• Align with plant objectives and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the site.
