Amcor is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence in a high‑volume production plant in Alzira, Valencia. You will implement TPM/IWS practices, analyze data, and lead improvements with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting, strong English, and hands-on experience with Power BI and SAP. A vehicle is beneficial for site commutes due to limited public transport access.

Formación

• 2-3 years in a similar position in Continuous Process Industry or Food.
• Advanced English (B2).
• Office, Power BI, SAP required.
• Desirable TPM/IWS knowledge.
• Project management, Change management, Root cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.
• Apply methodologies of analysis and problem solving.
• Provide training for members of the production teams.
• Lead and/or support improvement meetings.
• Perform data analysis.
• Execute minor projects and reapply improvements.

Improve the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments.

Job Dimensions & Scope

• Part of a 7-BU local team
• Direct reporting line to Opex Manager.

Principal Accountabilities

• Implementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.
• Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving.
• Training for members of the production teams.
• Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings.
• Data Analysis.
• Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Formal Qualifitacions and Experience needed:

• 2-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food.
• Advanced English (B2).
• Office, Power BI, SAP.
• Desirable Technical Competencies:
• Knowledge of TPM/IWS.

Other important information

• Incorporation into a multidisciplinary Team during the implementation of the TPM/IWS work methodology, coinciding with Investment and Innovation activity.
• It is necessary to have your own vehicle, as AF Alzira is not served by public transport.
