These include advanced reporting and analytics, integrated obligation tracking to proactively identify and address commercial leakage, AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance, risk-based workflows, and enhanced post-signature compliance monitoring. While these capabilities materially strengthen governance, visibility, and value realization, they also introduce an ongoing operational workload that cannot be absorbed within the current resourcing model.
