TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Project Manager home-based in Spain to lead oncology studies within the CDS Oncology team. You will oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, risk management, client communication, and contributing to bid defenses. Strong early-phase oncology experience, excellent English, and travel up to 10% are required, with

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in life science or RN diploma
• 5+ years of PM experience on global oncology studies
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations
• Early Phase (I/II) oncology expert
• Strong project planning and metrics knowledge
• Proven leadership and staff management
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsabilidades

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and compliant with quality standards
• Oversee strategic aspects of projects and mitigate risks
• Mentor and coach PMs when needed
• Manage client communications and relationships
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional study teams and ensure training on project systems and procedures
• Monitor project profitability and invoicing in line with the scope of work
• Collaborate with finance to analyze profitability, revenue and utilization
