Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager with Oncology expertise to lead full-service trials globally. You will oversee timelines, cost, and quality, coordinating with internal teams, sponsors, and clients to ensure successful delivery from proposal through study completion.

The role requires a strong background in CRO project management, GCP/ICH knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English.

Formación

• Degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full-service/global Project Management experience in CRO.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead clinical projects within budget and scope; may run international trials.
• Serve as primary client liaison and participate in proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with project team and sponsors' senior management, including C-level contact.
• Manage all aspects of a clinical research trial with cross-functional oversight.
• Provide total project management for data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Prepare status updates, identify deliverables and performance metrics, and manage escalations.
• Be an active member of the project team to drive efficient trial execution.
• Prepare and review protocols and study documents including plans, consent forms, site contracts and budgets.
