Job summary

Ocean Winds is seeking a Scheduling Engineer to join the Corporate Engineering Team in Madrid. You will develop project schedules from early development through COD for offshore wind farms, produce corporate scheduling procedures for tenders, and use Primavera P6 for planning and analysis.

Requires 5+ years in scheduling, offshore wind project experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and English fluency. PMI-SP is a plus; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Scheduler.
• 3+ years’ experience working in Offshore Wind Projects.
• Significant experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.
• Must have experience with other planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
• Strong understanding of the interfaces and interdependencies between the project's work packages.

Responsibilities

• Develops Project schedules from early development to COD for OWF projects.
• Produces and updates corporate scheduling procedures for tenders/auctions.
• Uses Primavera P6 to perform scheduling functions and analysis.
• Develops and maintains WBS and coding schemes for scheduling.
• Performs Critical Path analyses and suggests mitigation actions.
• Monitors schedule progress and collects data for top-management presentations.
• Keeps technical databases and lessons learned up to date.
