Bacardi is seeking an experienced Network & Collaboration Operations lead to manage Aruba LAN/WLAN, SD‑WAN, and related security services across a global footprint. You will own day‑to‑day operations, drive incident and change management, and partner with vendors to ensure SLAs and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong documentation, reporting, and cross‑team collaboration skills, with a focus on security, governance, and continuous improvement through automation.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing Aruba LAN/WLAN in enterprise environments.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management capabilities.
• Experience with SD-WAN concepts and VMware Velocloud is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Zscaler suite, especially relating to branch connectivity.
• Budget management and vendor negotiations abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operational management of the Aruba LAN and WLAN estate.
• Lead incident, problem, and change activities for Network & Collaboration services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to meet SLAs and drive improvements.
• Support audits and maintain accurate documentation, diagrams and baselines.
• Produce reporting on service health, risks, and capacity; participate in governance forums.
• Work within a global support model across time zones; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate changes through CAB with documented plans, risks, and back-out steps.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation to improve performance.
