The ideal candidate has extensive LAN engineering experience, DNAC proficiency, and a track record of handling major incidents, with a strong emphasis on network health and performance.

Formación

• 7-10 years of LAN engineering experience.
• 3+ years supporting Cisco DNAC.
• Experience handling major incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
• Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
• Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
