Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior ML Engineer for the Recommender Systems in Spain (remote). You will lead the evolution of our Interactive Learning recommender, building models, running experiments, and partnering with engineers and analysts to deploy production-grade recommendations.

You will own models end-to-end, from training to serving, and define metrics to measure success. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Spain, with RSU-based compensation and a globally collaborative

Formación

• Experience building recommendation, ranking, or next-best-action systems.
• Experience with HTTP/gRPC, streaming, Go/TypeScript in distributed systems.
• Hands-on ownership of models from training to production.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve the Interactive Learning recommender, personalizing candidate selection and action sequencing.
• Develop, validate, monitor, and iterate on product-facing models.
• Define offline/online metrics and monitor feature pipelines and model performance.
• Instrument the system and ship incremental improvements with existing infra.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, analytics teams, and product teams to operationalize models.
