Blu Selection is recruiting a Senior AI & ML Engineer for a world-renowned fragrance, flavor, and ingredient group based in Barcelona, Spain. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle and build scalable AI solutions feeding into global operations.

We expect 5+ years in IT/engineering with strong Python, MLOps (Azure ML/Databricks), CI/CD, Docker, and excellent English. The role offers €60,000–€70,000 gross per year, meal vouchers, flexible perks, and early Friday wrap-ups.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering with leadership in AI/ML.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Docker and monitoring AI systems in production.
• Clear ability to communicate technical concepts to tech and non-tech stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality data, modeling, and deployment code for AI solutions.
• Lead MLOps workflows, CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI solutions aligned with best practices.
• Work in an Agile framework while ensuring data privacy, security, and ethics.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate challenges into requirements.
