Dow Jones seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the full lifecycle of ML Ops, with strong emphasis on LLMOps and production-ready ML systems. The role involves developing semantic layers, fine-tuning models, and deploying agent and multi-agent solutions.

You will collaborate across data, engineering, and product teams, ensure scalable pipelines, implement monitoring and retraining strategies, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced newsroom-focused tech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional ML experience with production models.
• Strong experience with LLMOps, fine-tuning, prompts, lifecycle of large language models.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage LLM-based solutions including semantic layers and multi-agent systems.
• Own end-to-end ML model development, optimization and deployment.
• Ensure scalable, efficient ML pipelines and robust monitoring/retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Improve experimentation frameworks, model versioning and A/B testing.
