Dow Jones in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end‑to‑end MLOps, with a strong focus on LLMOps and deployment strategies. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable ML solutions.

The role requires hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms, plus a track record of deploying models in production. Dow Jones offers flexible benefits and remote work options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in machine learning with a production portfolio.
• Strong experience with LLMOps, fine‑tuning, and lifecycle management of large language models.
• Advanced cloud data warehouse experience; Snowflake preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Scikit‑learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with MLflow or Airflow for MLOps pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Spark or Dask preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage LLM-based solutions, including semantic layer development, fine‑tuning, model evaluation, deployment strategies, and agent systems.
• Own end‑to‑end ML model development, optimization, and deployment.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of ML pipelines.
• Design and implement robust model monitoring and retraining strategies.
• Optimize model inference and performance for production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Improve experimentation frameworks, model versioning, and A/B testing strategies.
• Ensure best practices in MLOps, including automation, reproducibility, and CI/CD for ML.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve ML infrastructure.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior ML engineers.
