Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Barcelona, Spain, to own the full MLOps lifecycle with a strong LLMOps focus. The role requires hands-on expertise in model development, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation across data, engineering, and product disciplines.

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional ML experience with production models.
• Strong LLMOps experience: fine-tuning, prompts, model lifecycle.
• Experience building agent/multi-agent systems and MLOps automation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage LLM-based solutions, incl. semantic layers and agent systems.
• Own end-to-end ML model development, optimization and deployment.
• Design robust monitoring and retraining strategies for production models.
• Improve inference performance and scalability of ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Advance experimentation frameworks, versioning, and A/B testing.
• Promote CI/CD best practices for ML and architectural ML infrastructure.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.
