Dow Jones in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the full ML lifecycle, including LLMOps, model development, deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to deliver scalable ML solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in LLMOps, Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms, with experience building robust MLOps pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field; Master's/PhD a strong plus.
• 2–4 years of professional ML experience with models deployed in production.
• Strong experience with LLMOps including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and lifecycle management of large language models.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ML model development, optimization and deployment.
• Develop and manage LLM-based solutions, including semantic layer development, fine-tuning, model evaluation and deployment strategies.
• Design and implement robust model monitoring and retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Improve experimentation frameworks, model versioning and A/B testing.
• Ensure MLOps best practices, automation, reproducibility and CI/CD for ML.
