Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Extensive professional experience in software engineering with Python and design patterns.
• Strong practice of TDD/ATDD, testing, and version control.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end ML workflows and infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, object storage.
• Experience with HPC and AWS-based data engineering and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central liaison between stakeholders and Data Science, deploying ML models into production.
• Design and scale cloud-native and hybrid ML platforms (MLOps) for our data science team.
• Plan and develop long-term tooling and infrastructure for model research, training, evaluation.
• Own end-to-end DS data architecture, including spec, implementation, testing.
• Mentor peers and drive engineering excellence across teams.
