• Education & professional background outlined (Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business Admin, or related field).
• Delivery management experience at scale (program/systems level).

• Strategic business/technical acumen with market awareness.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate options and solve complex delivery problems.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for guiding teams.
