Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior ML Engineer to join the Biologics Discovery Data Science team. You will deploy and govern ML/AI solutions, ensuring reliability from development to production for discovery workflows.

You will collaborate with data scientists and partner teams, focusing on reproducibility, CI/CD, observability, governance, and scalable compute to accelerate scientific learning and therapeutic discovery. This is an on-site role at Madrid, Spain.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience operationalizing and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience implementing AI/ML workflows for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and serving.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms used to support AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with model registries and experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Experience implementing production AI/ML practices including deployment automation, CI/CD, testing, observability, and scalable compute.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
• Ensure newly generated scientific data can be captured, governed, and available to downstream modeling and evaluation.
• Establish reliable deployment, serving, access management, and lifecycle management across environments.
• Implement model, data, and workflow versioning with reproducible releases and traceability.
