Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior ML Engineer for the Biologics Discovery Data Science team. You will build and operate scalable AI/ML pipelines that move data from development to production, enabling model-ready data delivery for discovery workflows.

You will work with data scientists and partner teams to ensure reproducible training, governance, and deployment, while scaling AI capabilities across Biologics Discovery. Madrid, Spain location preferred with on-site work.

Formación

• 4+ years of production AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with model training, evaluation, deployment.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and ML lifecycle tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML and AI workflows.
• Ensure governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management across development and production.
• Establish reliable deployment, serving, and access control for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and partner teams to enable reproducible training and deployment.
