Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance the Biologics Discovery program. You will design featurization, build model-ready datasets, and develop ML solutions that guide molecule design and evaluation.

This role collaborates across ISD and in silico discovery, ensuring reproducible data workflows and rigorous validation. Madrid or US offices are supported, with emphasis on collaboration and impactful science.

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of applied ML experience with dataset curation.
• Strong Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and SQL skills.
• Ability to translate complex biomedical data into robust features and models.
• Experience collaborating with scientists in a matrixed R&D environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design robust featurization and curated datasets for biologics data.
• Develop ML models and evaluate on biophysics, sequences, and assays.
• Collaborate with ISD and Discovery teams to align on data readiness.
• Champion reproducibility and responsible AI.
