Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior ML Engineer for Biologics Discovery Data Science in Madrid. You will enable AI/ML solutions to move from development to production, collaborating with data scientists and partner organizations to operationalize models and ensure reliable AI capabilities across discovery workflows.

The role emphasizes governance, reproducibility, and scalable compute, with no remote option and locations in multiple countries, including Spain.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience operationalizing and scaling AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python with ML workflow experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with model registries and experiment tracking (MLflow, W&B).
• Experience implementing production AI/ML practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring, containers, and orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate scalable pipelines that deliver model-ready data to ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
• Ensure reproducibility, governance, and deployment across development and production environments.
• Partner with data scientists and teams to establish reliable integration patterns and reusable standards.
