Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona seeks an MES Configuration Expert focused on Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma. You will design and support MES configurations, align with core models, and collaborate with global digital teams to deliver compliant, scalable manufacturing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing, strong MES and Opcenter skills, and experience with ERP, LIMS, serialization, and QA/regulatory practices. English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital for Manufacturing, ideally MES and Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma.
• Experience in multicultural/multilanguage environments and matrixed organizations.
• Strong MES knowledge: Master Batch Records, EBR, and related processes.
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory context in pharma.
• English mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee and promote use of Sanofi standards for processes, applications, and infrastructure environments.
• Design, build and lifecycle support for MES solutions aligned to Core model and standards.
• Lead end-to-end business process analysis and integration with ERP, shopfloor systems, and automation layers.
• Provide functional and technical support throughout the solution lifecycle and at sites.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure best practices and timely delivery.
