Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team, coordinating staff, managing projects and clients, and coordinating with other departments (architecture, structural engineering).
• Supervise building facilities projects including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection and other systems.
• Coordinate and supervise technical teams and contractors responsible for installing MEP systems.
• Prepare and coordinate budgets, drawings, specifications using project management tools and Autodesk platform.
