TSL is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead and coordinate the Mechanical and Electrical design delivery across our Spain projects. You will ensure design is compliant, well coordinated, constructible and aligned with programme, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover requirements.

You will work with Project Management, MEP, BIM, Construction and client teams as a key interface between design and delivery, providing technical leadership and supporting junior members of

Formación

• Experience leading MEP design management across complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services interfaces.
• Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines (MEP, CSA, Architecture, BIM).
• Experience reviewing and coordinating technical design information (drawings, schematics, specs).

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall MEP design delivery to align with project requirements and programme.
• Lead multidisciplinary design coordination between Mechanical, Electrical, CSA, Architecture and BIM teams.
• Coordinate Design Coordinators, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, layouts, specifications and calculations for completeness.
• Ensure MEP design is constructable and suitable for procurement and installation.
• Coordinate access, maintenance, testing and commissioning considerations in design.
