Sani/Ikos Group in Madrid is seeking a qualified MEP Engineer to support the construction team. The role includes supervising MEP works, assisting in monitoring contractor activities, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Formación

• At least 3 years of working experience in a related position.
• Relevant construction experience in hotels is valuable.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support site team in supervising MEP works during construction.
• Monitor activities of MEP contractors and report performance.
• Attend site and progress meetings and provide technical input.
• Verify installation progress and monitor project schedules.
• Support quality control activities and inspections by contractors.
• Prepare As-Built drawings and maintain updated site records.
