Group IPS is seeking a Manager for the Building Installations Engineering department in Madrid. You will lead the building services team within the group, coordinating with architectural and structural colleagues to integrate MEP systems into projects.

The role includes supervising procurement, budgets, drawings (Autodesk REVIT MEP), site supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and energy standards across diverse facilities and data-center-related projects.

Formación

• Requires engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
• Minimum 7 years as MEP team coordinator; 10+ years total experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the facilities team, coordinating staff and projects with other departments.
• Supervise MEP systems: mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, etc.
