Ethos is seeking senior medical writers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You bring 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or regulatory affairs and experience authoring or reviewing study reports and regulatory materials.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, publication plans).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to improve AI training data and output quality.
