Ethos is seeking experienced clinical research scientists to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining FDA/EMA-regulatory compliant materials across study reports and regulatory dossiers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical research or related fields, possess exceptional document craftsmanship, and can work remotely on flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and investigator brochures.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced clinical research scientists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for clinical research scientists with 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or pharmaceutical/regulatory affairs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans.

Compensation

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
