• Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to deliver integrated sustainable solutions.
• Oversee equipment specification and selection to meet performance criteria.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as Arup representative with clients.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
