Arcadis in Madrid seeks a skilled MEP Consultant Engineer to join our Smart Buildings team. The role focuses on MEP consultancy, due diligence, and project monitoring, with responsibility for client communication and technical reporting.

Ideally you bring 4–6 years of consultancy experience, a master’s in Industrial Engineering, and professional registration. Fluency in English is essential, and you will use AutoCad, Presto, and MS Project to deliver high quality results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Master’s in Industrial Engineering with professional registration.
• 4–6 years of relevant consultancy experience is preferred.
• Full professional English is required (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and standards for building services.
• Proficient with AutoCad, Presto, and MS Project; attention to quality and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• MEP consultancy, due diligence, and project monitoring services.
• Identify risks and estimate capex for property management.
• Prepare improvement proposals and support clients through transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, manage expectations, and produce technical reports.
• Lead communications with contractors and subcontractors to align with schedule.
