Job summary

McGaw .io is a MarTech and customer data consultancy serving global clients across EMEA and North America. This Managing Consultant, MarTech (EMEA) role is remote, emphasizing end-to-end client engagements and both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.

You will own relationships, set roadmaps, design the stack (CDP, analytics, identity, and integrations), and directly guide engineers and contractors. Expect to build growth plans, price scopes, and lead pre‑sales to delivery cycles across

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in English, the working language of the company.
• 8+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services with direct client relationships.
• Deep understanding of marketing lifecycle and martech from ads to CDPs to analytics.
• Experience with data platforms and analytics tools across the stack.
• Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end to end, as primary contact for executives.
• Run biweekly client meetings, monthly roadmaps, quarterly business reviews.
• Direct engineers and contract developers; review their work before client delivery.
• Build growth roadmaps, scope, and pricing; lead pre-sales to delivery.
• Drive expansion and profitability across your portfolio.
