Preply is expanding beyond language learning and seeks a Senior Marketplace Acquisition Specialist to lead tutor acquisition end-to-end. You will join the Supply Growth team, report to the Supply Growth Lead, and work across Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, and Legal to build scalable acquisition engines.

This hands-on role requires owning channels from scratch, testing and scaling, with a growth mindset and ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving space.

Formación

• 5+ years of growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social).
• Fluency with a CRM and funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) strong enough to build a KPI framework.
• Proven experience building and scaling a channel or process from scratch, comfortable owning ambiguity end-to-end.
• Comfortable operating in both modes: partnering with central Marketing teams, and independently owning channels with no playbook.
• Growth mindset and strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Comfortable with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets minimum, SQL or a BI tool a strong plus).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SEM and paid social (Meta, TikTok, and others) campaign performance for tutor acquisition and shape iterations.
• Partner with Marketing's SEO and CRM teams to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion.
• Own job board strategy and execution end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards.
• Continuously identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships.
• Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework and use data to guide budget decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and create playbooks for future scaling.
