Preply is building out its Supply Growth team in Barcelona and seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own tutor acquisition end-to-end. You’ll partner with Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, and Legal to design and scale acquisition engines that drive growth.

This hands-on, high-ownership role focuses on testing, learning, and expanding channels in a fast-moving marketplace. You’ll lead SEM, paid social, SEO collaboration, and job board strategies while building a KPI

Formación

• 5+ years of growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social).
• Fluency with a CRM and funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) strong enough to build a KPI framework.
• Proven experience building and scaling a channel or process from scratch.
• Comfortable operating with both central Marketing teams and independently owning channels.
• Growth mindset with strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SEM and paid social campaigns for tutor acquisition and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing SEO and CRM to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion.
• Own job board strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards.
• Identify and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships with no existing playbook.
• Define and evolve KPI/reporting framework and guide budget decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable acquisition playbooks.
