Agoda, a global online travel platform, is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to steer our marketing investments. You will own a global P&L and bridge high-level financial targets with granular marketing execution. You will define our global market strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive profitability in a fast-moving OTA market.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, and collaboration with Finance, Product and Supply to optimize long-term value.

Formación

• Strong background in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Pricing, or Growth Equity.
• Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Experience leading diverse, high-pressure teams.

Responsabilidades

• P&L stewardship: drive marketing investment strategies to meet targets and optimize margins.
• Strategic growth: define and execute Agoda’s global growth roadmap.
• Investment orchestration: coordinate spend across digital channels for a cohesive global footprint.
• LTV & unit economics: own and refine Lifetime Value definitions with data science.
• Forecasting & modeling: lead forecasting to predict market shifts and adjust investments.
• Cross-functional leadership: liaise between Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply.
• Team development: mentor analysts and foster a get-things-done culture.
