Antares Evidenze Health Consulting, a leading Life Sciences strategy firm, seeks a Market Access & HEOR Manager to lead projects, manage client relationships, and drive growth. The role requires strong consulting background and capability to oversee pricing, reimbursement, and evidence generation activities.

You will shape HEOR strategies, develop value dossiers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact advisory services across national and international markets.

Formación

• University degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Master's degree or specialized training in Health Economics, HEOR, Market Access, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
• More than 8 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, or strategic healthcare consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex healthcare projects with direct client interaction.
• Experience developing commercial proposals and contributing to business development activities.
• Advanced professional English proficiency (C1 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead Market Access, HEOR, and HTA projects for pharmaceutical and health technology companies.
• Design and develop Pricing & Reimbursement strategies at national and regional levels.
• Develop and oversee value dossiers, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and market access materials.
• Design and lead evidence generation and HEOR projects, including economic evaluations, burden of illness studies, SROI analyses, systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, MCDA and value assessment frameworks, and scientific advisory boards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate clinical experts and stakeholders.
• Ensure scientific and methodological quality of deliverables and manage project planning, budgets, profitability, and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead proposals and presentations to grow client portfolios.
